IAEP Recognizes Members’ Continued Service During National EMS Week

May 17, 2010

EMS professionals from around the country are currently celebrating National EMS Week, which runs from May 16 through May 22.

“National EMS Week is a time for everyone in the country to stop and recognize the life-saving EMS professionals who are the unsung heroes of public safety,” said IAEP National President David J. Holway.  “We thank you for your continued dedication to your profession and your commitment to improving the communities in which you serve.”

National EMS Week ceremonies are being held in Washington D.C. and communities near you all week long.  IAEP National Representative Bret Cyr is among the many EMS professionals taking part in the numerous National EMS Week motorcycle rides this week, and will be representing the IAEP in Washington D.C.

The IAEP will continue to fight for your rights as EMS professionals, and will always honor the difficult sacrifices you make every day.
